groundbreaking & dedication ceremonies

why we do groundbreaking and dedication ceremonies

At Habitat for Humanity Lakeside, we like to celebrate with those who make our Home Buyer Program possible. Groundbreaking and dedication ceremonies signify the start and completion of a new construction project for us. These ceremonies are open to the public and we encourage volunteers, donors, community leaders, neighbors, staff members and other community members to attend to learn more about our Home Buyer Program through the ceremonies.

upcoming groundbreaking and dedication ceremonies

Due to COVID-19 we have suspended public attendance at groundbreaking and dedication ceremonies and limited guests to the family, Habitat staff and the church assisting with the blessing. Below are photos from our most recent groundbreaking and dedication ceremonies.
